Extratherm Firelogs are produced using waste Birch hardwood sawdust b(Clean Biomass). They are classed as a smokeless fuel.
Because they are compressed you would need 1/3 more volume hardwood and 4 times more volume of softwood to generate the same heat. They have an ash content of less than 1%, which means much less emptying of ashes. Ideal for woodburning stoves with a long burn period.

Delivery Information
- Delivery is arranged Monday to Friday by courier. The courier will arrange the time. From time of order to delivery is approx 48 hours. The courier will make every effort to deliver on the day you request, but delivery can be any time from 9-5pm.
- Adequate space for delivery is required. A tail lift is used to deliver so make sure adequate room for van/ truck to turn. Once the driver has delivered the wood he will not move to storage unless its within easy access. The customer is obliged to instruct the courier to drop it in a suitable location. Every effort will be made to deliver to the desired location.
- A signature will be required on delivery, so please check to make sure there is no damage or missing quantities. Please notify us if items are missing.
- Failure to deliver due to customer not present or failure to advise us that access is unsuitable will result in a repeat delivery charge.
- We advise that all wood / logs be stored indoors, in dry storage so it can be aired.
