Delivery Information
- A smooth concrete surface is required for delivery.
- The store should be HGV accessible to ensure delivery as a tail-lift is normally used in off-loading.
- Moffett Mounty delivery may also be available as an option, depending on your location in Ireland.
- Once the driver has delivered the wood he will not move to storage unless its within easy access. So please ask for it to be dropped in a suitable location. Every effort will be made to deliver to desired location.
- A signature will be required on delivery, so please check to make sure there is no damage or missing quantities. Please notify us if items are missing.
- Failure to deliver due to customer not present or failure to advise us that access is unsuitable will result in a repeat delivery charge.
- We advise that all wood / logs be stored indoors, in dry storage and stacked properly so it can be aired
